The shop that Knox built.

Knox, former frontman of the Vibrators, is opening up a Rock ‘n’ Roll Shop in the heart of Camden, 96 Parkway, right next to the Dublin Castle. Donate CDs, DVDs and Instruments or buy CDs, DVDs and Instruments. Proceeds go to local food banks and other charities.

A quick plug.

The Cartoonist’s photos @Picfair. Buy and license. Apart from the rather cheap and unnecessary plug, Picfair is a fabulous stock photo website. In fact I think it’s the best stock photo site ever, set up by former Guardian journalist, Benj Lanyado.

Picfair’s rules:
Upload your pics. Choose your price. Change it whenever you want.
An open-to-all image market, controlled by you… if someone wants to use your pic… you get paid.
Keep all copyright, and get what you ask for. If your pic costs £5, that’s what you’ll receive.

It’s new, it’s fresh, it’s fantastic and I can only recommend it to anyone who thinks their photos are good enough to be worth a bob or two.
