The Functional Family. Vicus Scurra counts down the days to the Royal Wedding. Hilarious.'Anyway, darling', Liz continues, 'I can't possibly come to the wedding − I don't have a thing to wear.'

Today is Egg Day. Or one of those egg days. I'm not doing any blogging today. Besides, the party in Covent Garden I went to last night was fab.

The new series of Dr Who is sharp, witty and still very scary, says Sylvester McCoy, a past inhabitant of the tardis. Just don't listen to the incidental music. This Saturday, 7pm on BBC1. Woohoo.

Today is Photo-Day. [7]. 1988. The Cartoonist and his boss, Rolf Homann, in front of the building that used to be an ad agency with the beautiful name of Markenwerbung International. It was only called International because Rolf's boss once worked in Chicago at FCB. Apart from that there was not much international going on. In the meantime, while waiting for the next photo to appear in this space, have a go at the Daily Mail Headline Generator and the David Blunkett Policy Maker. Thanks to Going Underground.

Mister Focal Length. This could be such a nice gallery of coin-operated amusement devices such as pinball machines, slot machines, jukeboxes, trade stimulators and counter games, etc. Unfortunately almost every image is out of focus. Sigh. Thanks to Peter Zillig for the link.

Simply Great. Fantastic. Fabulous. Unbelievable. The cartoons of Joan Vizcarra Carreras. In 1985 he moved to Barcelona, where he studied arts in the University. There, he soon discovered that he had an ability to draw caricatures. Absolutely.
